Mass spectrometry resources housed within Wake Forest University’s Department of Chemistry are utilized independently by individual, trained users. The facility also has a walk-up dedicated workstation for database searching, most often using Proteome Discoverer.
Use of MS instruments is freely available to trained WFU students and faculty members of the Department of Chemistry and their direct collaborators. All instruments are operated on a by-reservation basis (24/7) using the Central Reservation System in the Important Links tab.
For questions regarding accessibility if outside of WFU Chem: Dr. Chris Tracy, Mass Spectrometry Instrumentation Manager.
